Please ensure you have a stable internet connection during the registration process.

Admission letter(Downloaded from the KUCCPS portal via the University website) to check your correct registration number
Copy of National ID(front & back) or Birth Certificate, scanned in pdf format(Max-size 2MBs)
Clear Passport-sized photograph (Crop to square (height & width max. 2500px) & size: be less 1MB in ) You can use any image resizer like Paint3D, Quickresizer
Certified copy of KCSE Result slip scanned in pdf format(Max-size 2MBs)
Filled & stamped full Medical Report scanned in pdf format(Max-size 2MBs)
Filled & stamped X-ray/Radiologist Report scanned in pdf format(Max-size 2MBs)
Clear Xray Film in pdf format(Max-size 2MBs)(Capturing your Fullnames & Hospital name)

Stage 1.

Step 1: Click on the Goverment Sponsored Students tab

Step 2: Type in your index number in the guided format e.g xxxxx/2025 & click search

Step 3: Type in your registration number as it appears in your admission letter in the format e.g AB208/G/11111/25

Step 4: Type in your phone number in the format 254.....

Step 5: click on Register button and it will direct to login page in order to procede to stage 2

Ensure you have all the necessary documents ready.

Step 1: Login using your registration number

Step 2: Fill in the required personal details and upload the necessary documents.

Step 3: Review your information and ensure everything is correct and the attachments are ok and correct.

Step 4: Click Submit your registration form to finish registration process.
